how to install ziguang input on mandrake?

i want to install rf4magic-5.0.44.i386.rpm on my mandrake 9.0.
but libImlib.so.11 is needed by the package.
so i excuted:
ln -s /usr/lib/libImlib.so.1.9.14 /usr/lib/libImlib.so.11
rpm -ivh rf4magic-5.0.44.i386.rpm --nodeps

then restarted X.i can see the "En" icon in the system bar,but when i change it into any other input just like ziguangpinyin or zhineng ABC by mouse,i can not input chinese......
why?
pls help me !!
