Vmware 6.0的怪异问题？

在SLED 10 SP1上装了Vmware 6.0，但每次重起之后/dev/vmmon 文件就会自动消失，起动虚拟机时出现

Could not open /dev/vmmon: No such file or directory.
Please make sure that the kernel module `vmmon' is loaded.

然后运行 vmmware-config.pl 之后就正常了，但是重起之后还是出现以上的情况，请问这是为什么啊？
