在debian sid 2.6.21内核下利用alien安装的VMware-workstation-6.0.0-45731.i386.rpm，安装过程没问题，但vmware-config.pl时显示：
Unable to find the answer SBINDIR in the installer database
(/etc/vmware/locations). You may want to re-install VMware Workstation.

Execution aborted.

rpm的包没用过，直接用tar.gz编译安装就好了，内核是2.6.18-4，rpm包应该属于预编译的包，可能有些路径不适合debian，还是用源码包安装好些。

已经解决
修改：/usr/bin/vmware-config.pl
将8564行的#my $sbindir = db_get_answer('SBINDIR');修改为：
my $sbindir = '/usr/sbin';
即可
