关于win下用putty和linux下用ssh登录Debian的机器的问题!!

我在Debian的机器上的Remote Desktop Preferences里设置
Allow other users to view your desktop
Allow other users to control  your desktop
when a user tries to view or  control your desktop :
ask you for confirmation
当win下用putty ,or 另一台Linux 下ssh 登录时,控制台下没问题,如果
startx时, 出现：
X: user not authorized to run the X server, aborting.
putty还出现 :
using file  /home/xxx/.Xauthority
write file  /home/xxx/.Xauthority
我到Debian下看这文件，出现不认识的东东....
平时我登录Debian 这台机时 是从命令行下startx
网上说要到/etc/X11/xdm（or gdm）/xdm(or gdm).conf
加入 gnome-session &
可我的系统里根本就没，当初我是通过网络装得Debian
我自己的目录下页没gdm.conf文件
只有.gconf .gconfd .gnome .gnome2 .gnome2_private文件


BTW:另外一台 Ubuntu机器同样设置，putty出现: network error :connetion refused.
是不是我没开remote 登录啊

debian默认状态下非物理控制台用户是不允许启动x的
这个可以通过配置X的一个软件包来改，好像是x11-common

dpkg-reconfigure x11-common
