如何正确配置 sources.list 文件？

我的配置如下：

deb http://debian.cn99.com/debian/ testing main contrib non-free

为什么总是提示无发找到 release.gpg 。

Failed to fetch http://debian.cn99.com/debian/dists/testing/Release.gpg

这个问题应该如何解决呢？不胜感激。

cn99的源不是很稳定，你换个源试试，如：geekbone、cnsite或者干脆用国外的，如日本鬼子的、美国佬的。我的如下：

这一阵子地震闹的，us和mit的源都没开了，平时mit的源速度比us快，开一个就行了，国内用cnsite的速度很快，但有时也会挂，到时又换成别的。

还是同样的问题，找不到 Release.gpg ，我怀疑是不是我的网络配置问题？

怎么检测网络配置是否正常？

果然是网络设置的问题。但是我不知道网络应该怎么设置才正常。还望各位兄弟指点。我用的是路由上网。配置文件如下：

iface eth0 inet static
     address 192.168.1.3
     netmask 255.255.255.0
     network 192.168.1.0
     broadcast 192.168.1.255
     gateway 192.168.1.1
     dns-nameservers 202.96.128.86

ping 127.0.0.1
ping 192.168.1.3

都正常。

ping dns 的时候报错，错误如下：

network is unreachable

network 是网络地址？由什么决定，我应该怎么改？

在windows下面是可以正常上网的。
