Who can tell me a fast way to input chinese in Rea Hat 7.0 + Netscape 7.0 ,I just need input chinese in brower

我装了，可是在浏览器里打上去得不是中文，在BBS上发铁子夜是乱码，还需要设置些什么才能用中文在BBS上发贴子
