Debian3.1版2.4内核升级到2.6这么简单??

今天恶补了一下内核升级的文章,已经做好了升级失败的准备,动手升级没想到这么容易就完成了,
apt-get install kernel-image-2.6.8-2-k7 后连GRUB都自动设置好了.

原来的声卡、显卡、网卡驱动竟然还能用，看论坛里的贴子说是升级内核后要重新配置。这下省了。

想问一下，原来的X是XFree86,能不能升级成Xorg？？？

有可能很顺利，但也有可能令你从此不能再进 X！

这方面真的要做好了升级失败的准备，必定要先备份才进行。

我在Mandriva2006安装的时候使用了Xorg，安装很顺利，Debian里不会出问题吧

我改成 testing 的，，wine 用的不爽，，什么什么GTK库都升级不了，，很不爽。。准备换掉

我刚用Debian不到三天,stable里的东西好像少很多,所以决定换成testing,

如果有可能,还会改成unstable嘛,不稳定也没关系,我还有Mandriva备用.

Debian如果体验好的话就卸掉Mandriva .

其实现在体验就不错,升级了内核到2.6,然后又把Xorg 升级完成,一路没出现故障.老机器就这点好:cool: :cool: :cool:
