怎么会有这种情况,如何解决?

Cause your debootstrap is from pre-Sarge time, when the test branch is Sarge,
now Sarge becomes stable, testing becomes Etch, to solve it, try
1. deboostrap sarge first
2. update sources.list to point to etch
3. apt-get dist-upgrade
