这问题跟lilo不Lilo没关系，你在论坛里搜no filesystem could mount，肯定会发现有海量的帖子都是这个问题，实际上，严格按照手册来做，做的过程中不懂就问，就搜索，那就差不多没问题了

我再写一遍：
0、试一下用genkernel编一个内核，十有八九就能用了
0.0、看论坛置顶帖，每个都看看，看熟
1、kernel配置中，正确设置sata支持，以及把你所用的所有文件系统(filesystem)直接编进内核（而不是编成模块）。
2、认真学习写grub的配置文件
3、正确设置/etc/fstab

装个系统怎么这么多问题呢？想起第一次装linux的状况，记得是个BluePoint 2.0.
安装帮助还不错，就是看完之后，老是由一个问题引发另一个问题。 然后就是恶补系统相关知识。
话说多了，正题正题。
建议楼主换个发行版本，如redhat之类的，有图形化安装的，先装一遍。
或搞个虚拟机在命令行把gentoo完整做一遍，了解步骤先。

最后，出了问题，先看信息，先按信息提示做，还是解决不了的再问为好。
