看你想找什么人员了。。。

如果有人忽然问我，你的gcc是什么版本，一个字母不差的说出来，我可能还真会有点傻眼~~
毕竟，工作和兴趣不一样。。这点很重要，也很实际。。

有时候，有些人他会用c，用makefile，但是，他却不去管gcc具体的版本号
而有些人，可能很跟潮流，什么都想用新的，所以，天天去gcc --version一下（当然，未免说得夸张点。。嘿嘿）

你觉得那个你更喜欢，如果工作的话，可能前者更好点，所以，应该出点和工作有关的，而不应该出这些和这些版本号相关的东西。。
如果非要基础的话，比如shell脚本的语法，常用的服务名称，简单的配置，vim的简单使用方法（当然，emacs也行，谁让我只会用vim呢。。）常用的命令。。（tar , bzip , more , awk , grep ...一大堆呢），觉得比你现在的这个好。。。

这题目不是很好，招程序员可不是招linux系统管理员。
应该补充考一些C基础、关于posix和平台无关的编程问题和debug能力。再就是你们常用到的开发语言(脚本)和库方面的知识以备选优。对于程序员，设计模式多少应该是必考的部分。

基础题中有的不太合适，对于程序员来说，可能网络管理，系统管理等方面的东西不经常去碰。考iptable之类的东西没太大意义。
