今天升级tex出错了（最新进展，问题部分解决了）

现在感觉也不错，字体有宋体和楷体。
只是有些字编译通不过，如芶，是不能用gbk环境的结果，不能用gbk环境是不是因为没有用gbkfonts生成gbk字体？

现在着手改以前的模板了。

还有，看网上说tetex不再维护了，推荐改用texlive，有用的没有？怎么样？
看到testing的源上有texlive，有装的吗？
想试试。

发现了繁体字或gbk字的输入方法，
环境改成Bg5，字体是bsmi和bkai
且*.tex文件的编码也要改成Bg5的。

由于我用的机器的local是gbk的，用vi编辑的文件的编码都是gbk的。只有用texmaker才可以变换编码。

呵呵，算自己留存吧。

改成Bg5还不如直接用UTF8呢，debian源里的中文字体应该是utf8的，别的Bg5等用的是虚拟字体，记得原先的latex-cjk中的big5字体生成脚本是这样的，不知现在的咋样了
tetex已经停止开发了，Thomas Esser应该是累了，在开源的世界里经常碰到德国人做得东东，TeX中仅个人知道的作品还有CJK和beamer
生成字体的话，cjk-current.tar.gz里的cjk-current/utils/subfonts/目录下的几个脚本可以用来生成字体，给个链接，Werner示范了下生成UTF8的字体，对Bg5使用vf字体

呵呵，不是要改成bg5，是想把有些字打出来，我的机器里面没有gbk这样的字可用。
现在怎么用gbk的字或环境？

免费的大字体好像也就小越南的字体可用（ http://sourceforge.net/projects/vietunicode/ ），不免费的除常见的几款字体外，还有海峰五笔页面上的sunext{a,b}.ttf可用。可能的话，还是直接使用UTF8，中文书签和复制粘贴及更多的符号文字（中日韩、简繁...）等优势明显，照上述的步骤生成type1字体，毕竟一个ttf只能有65536个字

下面的步骤是Danai SAE-HAN（韓達耐）在cjk的邮件列表上发的东东，可以参考一下：

  2. I don't know how to name the font, so I'll just call it "sunext".
  3. I'm not going to explain how to get vertical fonts or how to use
  4. uni2sfd, because I haven't tried myself yet.  Check out the CJK
  5. documentation.

  7. Put Sun-Ext{A,B}.ttf in /usr/local/share/fonts/truetype/sunext/ and
  8. put symlinks in /usr/local/share/texmf/fonts/truetype/sunext/ .

  10. $ mkdir -p /usr/src/sunext{a,b}

  12. $ cd /usr/src/sunexta
  13. $ fontforge -script /usr/src/cjk-current/utils/subfonts/subfonts.pe \
  14.     /usr/local/share/fonts/truetype/sunext/Sun-ExtA.ttf sunext \
  15.     /usr/local/share/texmf/fonts/sfd/Unicode.sfd

  17. $ cd ../sunextb
  18. $ fontforge -script /usr/src/cjk-current/utils/subfonts/subfonts.pe \
  19.     /usr/local/share/fonts/truetype/sunext/Sun-ExtB.ttf sunext \
  20.     /usr/local/share/texmf/fonts/sfd/Unicode.sfd
  21. $ rm -f sunext00.*

  23. The Fontforge process will consume hundreds of MB of memory and take
  24. hours to compile.

  26. As root, do the following:

  28. $ mkdir -p /usr/local/share/texmf/fonts/{afm,tfm,type1}/sunext
  29. $ mkdir -p /usr/local/share/texmf/fonts/map/dvips/sunext/
  30. $ cp sunext?/*.afm /usr/local/share/texmf/fonts/afm/sunext/
  31. $ cp sunext?/*.tfm /usr/local/share/texmf/fonts/tfm/sunext/
  32. $ cp sunext?/*.pfb /usr/local/share/texmf/fonts/type1/sunext/

  34. $ cd /usr/local/share/texmf/fonts/type1/sunext/
  35. $ for filename in *.pfb;

  40. $ texhash


  43. Now you have to update "updmap" to get the Type1 fonts working
  44. properly.  This depends heavily on your distribution.

  46. On Debian you would have to create a file called
  47. /etc/texmf/updmap.d/10sunext.cfg with the following lines:

  54. and then as root run "update-updmap" and "updmap-sys".

etch中的cjk-latex升级到4.7，问题解决了

texlive 大家用了感觉如何 阿。我以前作了几个tex文档。感觉还行，不知texlive是否对中文标签支持的更好？
