vmware server 2.0的问题

安装完，config完，可以用
重启，必出现

再次config，不成功

有人遇到过吗？
最奇怪的是我本来一直用得好好的，后来突然出现每次开机vmware服务都无法启动，重新安装后出现这种情况，中途没进行过任何升级
