小弟刚装了suselinux10.1DVD版，装完正常进入系统，兴奋了600多秒我重启系统，结果关机的时候直接死机了，RESTART后发现问题了，系统可以注销，但是重启或关机立马死机，我装的是GNOME（初次接触LINUX，一路默认）呵呵，在网上找了N多帖子无法解决这种现象，我怀疑硬件和系统不兼容，又下载了个SUSELINUX10.2DVD版安装（KDE桌面，看人家都用这个，见风使舵）其实是GNOME桌面用的人少，怕出现问题解决不了，嘻嘻。结果问题又来了，装完进入系统（能听见声音，肯定进入系统了，但显示器提示超出输出范围，显示器时黑屏的），显示器指示灯也变成橘黄色了，怎么都搞不定，一怒之下直接重装了，这次又装了GNOME桌面，以为她对我情有独钟，谁知她根本不尿我这一壶，问题依旧。重装ING...每次都是黑屏，显示器说超出输出范围，55555那个郁闷阿，吹了3瓶啤酒，在哥们的支持下继续装系统，黑屏依旧。哎，小弟彻底被SuSelinux打败了。但是她太吸引人了，我还想继续被她锻炼我的意志力。
请详细说明我遇到的问题怎么解决，这也就是标题的意义所在，请不要说什么在/etc/x11/xorg.conf里调整刷新率之类的话，因为我也知道，但是就不知道怎么改，我在命令行模式怎么打开他都不知道（新手，请多多指教），希望大侠能不厌其烦，一步一步教我怎么做，最好是命令加上中文注释（这才是金庸前辈笔下的侠之大者）真心的说声3Q

你在黑屏的时候按ctrl+alt+F1切换到控制台
sax2 -V 0:1024x768@70 70是刷新频率，如果不行再设小一点
这样应该就能进入 SAX了，先试试吧。
如果不行再说，。

提示如下：

还是近不到图形界面

你的顯示器是甚麼規格的？
不妨在開機的選單底部的輸入框裡嘗試不同的 vga= 設定值。
比方說 vga=773

如下的參數你可以都試試：

感谢楼上兄弟的支持
vga=771，769都不行，直接用799也不行。我显示器是NESO FD770A，显卡ati9550.
还有一个细节就是我装完系统，让我设置硬件的时候有个什么是15.4（默认设置）后面是
1024*768XVA，我都没改，是不是应该把15.4改成17，我显示器是17纯平的，而那个XVA应该改成1024*768VGA，不知道这样对不对，迷茫中ing...

请根据你显示器的型号上网看看具体参数。
TIP：你的CRT后面可能有这些参数。另外NESO的CRT很烂.....

给你几个选择。
1 重新安装SUSE10.2 -GM

在启动时候加入参数 text  文本方式安装。祝好运。

2  在当前装好的系统上运行 #sax2 -r
修改 /etc/inittab

  id:5:initdefault  5  修改成3

看看是否能正确配置。祝好运。

3  ctrl-alt-f1 or f2 or f5

修改 /etc/inittab

  id:5:initdefault  5  修改成3

然后
#xorg -configure
#x -config /root/filename

做这些测试前请先备份以前的 xorg.conf

如果实在不行，请把 device 中 Driver 设置vesa  （应该是大写VESA）（就是你那个radeon)

能帮助的暂时就是这么多。
