播放DVD的ISO文件，kaffeine可以直接播放，Mplayer无法播放，Why？

一个DVD的ISO文件，挂载到/mnt/iso下，在命令行下输入：kaffeine /mnt/iso后可以正常播放，但用Mplayer /mnt/iso却没有响应，报错后退出，何解？
出错信息如下：MPlayer 1.0rc1-SUSE Linux 10.2 (i686)-Packman-4.1.2 (C) 2000-2006 MPlayer Team
