debian系统不能顺利启动 急！！

在启动系统的时候从inittab到rcs都没有出错，系统运行级别也正确得到。可是就是不能进入系统提示输入密码或者按ctrl-d。输入密码，或按ctrl—d后都能正常进入，没有其他异常。为什么就是不能自动的进入。
提示如下：
