不要用apt-get upgrade
用这个命令用一次挂一次,挂了也是说waiting for root file systems
上次我重装了三次才明白这个道理
etch升级到sid用
apt-get dist-upgrade
这个本人测试过没有问题的
可以放心使用
推荐装完base system后直接用sid的源升级

i have read this article years ago, it means what? i don't think there's anything which goes against this article.
this problem is stated very clearly, and i it seems that i need write some words  the body otherwise i cannot  send it.

i think stating the problem in the tiltle field is cute and straight. u know KISS? i love this style

by the way,my problem has been solved by using a livecd to execute the command "apt-get dist-upgrade"
