sources.list怎样写？

安装时选的cn99的mirror
然后自己编辑源到testing
写的
deb http://debian.cn99.com/debian/ testing main contrib non-free
deb http://debian.cn99.com/debian-non-US/ stable/non-US main contrib non-free
deb http://debian.cn99.com/debian-security/ stable/updates main contrib non-free

这样写对么？
手册上只说格式是deb uri distribution [component1] [component2] [...]
在debian.cn99.com上给出的example的sources.list里面是直接用的 stable或者sarge
但是看README说debian/下面的东西有 stable testing 等等
用dists/testing dists/stable 访问
然后debian-security下面有testing 等目录，但是README里面只说用 stable/updates 访问
