关于界面中英文

今天装了一些软件包，结果debian的界面菜单就变成中英文混杂的了
Actions菜单全是英文，Applications菜单还是中文，记得"Actions"和"Applications"原来是中文字体
记得装什么软件时要我tzconfig，我没理会

然后dpkg -i xxx时，就出现下面的warning了，而且字体也变成英文了

曾经尝试要装的软件，有些没成功，因为依赖关系

是不是ubuntu的问题，怎么补救阿，郁死了
