I changed the virtual disk type from scsi to ide then it works!
anyway, thanks a lot!
but I cannot call out the scim chinese input method. I install scim1.0.4 and sth else, chinese appearance is ok, but I don't know how to input chinese yet. sorry to reply in English!

用微软的VPC安装这个会好一点，起码有图形安装界面

偶在装NLD时碰到过类似的情况。手动分区，把启动分区放最前面就成了
