奇怪问题,望高手解答!

上传xxx.cgi文件至服务器,用ee编辑此文件,第一行是:
#!/usr/bin/perl^M

在本地(XP系统),用记事本打开:
#!/usr/bin/perl

每一行的结尾后面都多了一个 ^M

路径正常,为什么会出现这样的情况呢?现在除了env.cgi探针能运行外其他程序都是500错误,郁闷!!
