To solve the problem, try this:
Installing emerald by
sudo apt-get install emerald
Go to 'CompizConfig Settings Manager', Click 'Window Decoration' and type this in the blank for 'Command' :
emerald --replace &
Restart X and hopefully everything would be Okay.

就是将命令处原来的"compiz-decorator"更改为"emerald --replace &"一下子立竿见影～～哈哈～～～
