video换成第二个驱动搞定了

尝试先关闭桌面特效，然后启动mplayer，设置，video，选择第二个视频输出驱动。
可能问题：无法全屏播放，
解决办法：启动mplayer，设置，codecs和demuxer中，视频解码器族选：Win32／VfWex video codecs 确定后重启mplayer。
差不多就可以了。
