lftp无法登录

系统是debian etch
可以在终端下使用普通用户用lftp登录不上ftp地址
比如
lftp ftp3.tsinghua.edu.cn

显示如下
postgres@love:~$ lftp ftp://ftp3.tsinghua.edu.cn
lftp ftp3.tsinghua.edu.cn:~> ls
---- 正在连接到 ftp3.tsinghua.edu.cn (166.111.8.205) 端口 21
<--- 220 FTP Server of Tsinghua University Ready.
<--- `ls' at 0 [FEAT negotiation...]

等了很长时间，用ctrl+c 终止，再次登录显示
---- 正在连接到 ftp3.tsinghua.edu.cn (166.111.8.205) 端口 21
<--- 421 Too many connections (2) from this IP

我已经设定了
set ftp:passive-mode off

但仍然没有解决问题。

试了下ftp，使用正常的，但是却是乱码，不知道lftp是怎么回事

乱码你可以在终端下的设定字符编码栏里选gb2123 或别的看看

你用的是etch吗？
我不知道为什么ftp可以登录而lftp却不行

比如登录我们学校的ftp
