请教：su后执行gedit出现错误提示

在Gnome Terminal中su后执行gedit，出现如下提示：
(gedit:3148): GnomeUI-WARNING **: While connecting to session manager:
Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the authentication protocols specified are supported and host-based authentication failed.


但是gedit能运行起来正常使用。在自己用户下执行没有这个提示。
请问这是什么问题？

When `su', use `su -m' so that X can be correctly forwarded to root
As an alternative, invoke
        echo 'export XAUTHORITY=~/.Xauthority' >> .bashrc
