系统安装后能否重新选择字符编码方式

原来安装时不懂,选了GB2312,现在感觉这个编码方式对我来说不是最佳选择,想改选UTF-8,怎样做?

这次选了全部en和zh开头的，并设zh_CN.UTF-8为默认，应该可以了吧 ：）

由于在Shell下不能直接使用中文，建议使用en_US.UTF-8，而不要使用中文
