求助！升级内核出的问题，但不知道具体怎么弥补过来！

我今天把我的Debian的内核升级了一下，我还是个新手，我也在精华里面看过了，没有我找的答案，就发个贴出来问问
    过程是这样的，我‘apt-get install kernel-image-2.6.8-3-686’等了大约半个小时后，我reboot了，启动过程中没看出什么异常，但是用root登录后，出现了这样的提示：
