pkg-config出错

我运行 pkg-config gtkmm-2.4 --cflags --libs

怎么回事啊，郁闷中。。。
我以前一般用./configure --prefix=/usr ...
后来用了几次./configure --prefix=/usr/local ...

然后就出现了这个怪事，请教是怎么回事啊？

我添加了x11.pc后，又有新的错误出现
$pkg-config gtkmm-2.4 --cflags --libs
bash: -I/usr/include/gtkmm-2.4: 没有那个文件或目录

但是这个目录明明是存在的
