启动agentctl出现错误,请帮忙

按黄叶老大的文章在rh9上装oracle 9i,基本很顺利.
没有出现文章中提到的错误1和2,3出现了.我按照文章的方法修改了.但是还是无法启动,提示如下:
[oracle@dbtest bin]$ agentctl start
