求助::为什么wu-ftpd用不了??

安装时出现这种情况:

正在添加系统用户 ftp...

无法创建主目录。
cp: stat‘’失败: 没有那个文件或目录
addftpuser: Failed to copy  to /home/ftp/lib/: 256
  pub的设置如下

incoming的设置如下
0 drwxr-x-wx  2 root root 48 2005-09-08 23:44 incoming
为什么登陆我的机器后看不到pub目录拉??
安装要注意什么?
