mdk10.1的问题

1 发现打开 多媒体——视频的任一个（默认安装的kaffine和k视频编辑）
都出现问题
kaffine（名字具体不记得了，就用这个）出现一个向导就没反映，无法使用
k视频编辑一打开就出现 “死机”，需要重启
难道是更系统默认中文输入scim冲突？（精华里面提到和realplayer等的冲突）
更换输入法，如果要有智能abc，安装fctix外，还要哪个包？如何开机自动启动？
2进程数 67  占内存2**M（使用kde的监测工具看的），安装后的默认启动服务按照精华里面的
启动14个，感觉开窗口比较slow。

Motivation

建议：
1 依照精华贴解决现有问题
2 学习打破debian神话系列文章
3 如果喜欢scim，可以用skim来代替
4 熟悉一下mandrake控制中心

1.compile the tarball source or rebuild rpm-source package with the parameter '--with-xorg', the KAFFEINE won't hang any more. More easily, you can install kaffeine-0.5-3mdk.rpm.

2.Update scim IME version to at least 1.0.0.

3.Disable unnecessary server services and daemon processes. esp for HAL,rawdevice,NFS, and to personal desktop system, those as apache or dhcp service should be left out.

It's still recommended to join a 10.2 beta version trial, it runs so fast!

1.Mandrakelinux developers stupidly forgot to add '--with-xorg' parameter in its SRPM, and that causes the problem. I think we'll never see the bug again in MDK 10.2.

2.Compiling SCIM 1.0.2 will solve it. But Realplayer 10 still freezes. Use Totem and RealMedia plugins to solve it.
