让mplayer播放rm/rmvb格式的文件？

mplayer可以播放rm/rmvb格式的文件吗，怎么让它播放呀？

you need to compile mplayer by yourself
(put the codecs in /usr/local/lib/cddec first, then compile)

If you don't wish to compile mplayer by yourself,
you could join the mandrakeclub, and download realplayer-xxx.rpm

or (In Mandrakelinux 10.1 community)

1. urpmi helixplayer helixplayer-mozilla-plugin
2. install RealPlayer10GOLD.bin to /tmp
3. cd /usr/lib/helixplayer-1.0.0.298
4. mv codecs codecs.old
5. mv plugins plugins.old
6. cp -r /tmp/RealPlayer/codecs .
7. cp -r /tmp/RealPlayer/plugins .

Then you could play the files (like .rmvb) which require RealPlayer by Helix player.

没必要。自己从mplayer的网站上下载win32的编码包就可以了。

you mean the package, essential-20040922.tar.bz2 ?
and put it into /usr/local/lib/win32 ?

with above method, I can play .rm but .rmvb.

why and how??

我现在每天都用它放电影噢

很好用

支持的格式多,不过不能放.DAT的文件--------可惜!

请问用什么播放器可以放.DAT的视频!

mplayer就可以放.dat格式的，虽然没有它的选项。

我用的是MDK10.1中自带的MPlayer
版本是0.90的。
MDK10.0也有xmms
