IRC的问题

在教育网，怎么登上xchat服务器列表上的IRC服务器呢？我设置代理也上不去。
国内有什么IRC服务器呢？刚接触IRC，望高手指教

不是不会使用命令，这些命令我知道。只是我使用xchat联接irc服务器的时候，联接不上。以下是连接信息：麻烦兄弟帮我看看啦。可能是这句“Your request attempted a CONNECT to a port "6667" that is not permitted by default.”，不过服务器是提示用这个端口的。还有最后一句：已断开连接 (远程主机关闭了套接字)
其中代理服务器IP为202.84.17.41 端口：80 类型：HTTP
