can anybody be so kind to recommend some dev tools for me

Hi, all experts!
I just installed slack and want to transfer my dev env to Linux.
so can anyone recommend some tools for me!

1, cvs. i use TortoiseCVS as cvs client in windows and it's easy to use.
there's any such tool in linux, for i'm not good at cvs command.
2, oracle dev tool. which has similiar functions with pl/sql developer or TOAD in windows
