关于proftpd+mysql的问题

在使用过程中，使用如下方法：
ftp 127.0.0.1
正常，什么问题都没有
可是如果使用
ftp 218.*.*.*(我自己的ip地址)
速度非常慢，不能忍受。
使用nmap扫描的话出现如下错误：
limiting closed port rst resporst from 396 to 200 packets per second
并且ssh的登陆也是非常慢。总是超时。
想问一下有谁遇到过这样的问题吗 ？
请指教一二。

因为我测试的时候，就是我的本机ftp本机ip，或者使用和我在同一个交换机上面的机器来测试。
ftp ,ssh直接联结：127.0.0.1没有一点问题，就是使用 本机真实ip，就慢的要命。

看了一下内核配置文件, 最好重新配置, 如:
eisa
ppp这等没用的东西都可以注释掉, 我觉得内核应该定制的跟你的机器配置一样才行, 我的内核配置有时多一点东西网卡就不能驱动了, 所以最好还是先把内核配置好先!
