为什么我的XF86Config-4文件中的monitor的depth色深只能设为8?

为什么我的XF86Config-4文件中的monitor的depth色深只能设为8?
如果把depth为8的项删掉，xserver无法启动，但是在rh9.0中用的是16啊.
哪儿的问题？是不是和显卡的驱动有关，高手指点.

自己加一个或改为24不就行了,另外加一行DefaultDepth 24
