intel的558网卡不能被驱动，请大家指教

我的电脑原有2块网卡，现在我又添加了一块intel 82558 10/100m网卡。
但系统系统后该网卡不能不正常加载，查看启动信息，有如下显示：

如何让我的系统正常使用这块网卡呢？（网卡是好的，在win2000,win98下都试过）
