在vmware4里装5.1不成，改装4.8！！！

vmware tools  是什么  有什么用?

1 只是为了使用XFree86不需要安装vmware-tool, 直接使用我以下的配置文件就可以了.
注意:在我的配置里:
DefaultDepth 24
Depth 24
色深不能超过Host色深(最好一样). 因为我Host的颜色质量为32位

2. 如不需要与Host时间同步,无须Vmware-tool, 出现vmtools not install 可以不予理会.

不安装vmware-tool主要考虑以下方面：
1, 运行X-windows，在XFree86 4.3 以上已经支持VMware driver
2, 让虚拟机与Host时间同步，本人不需要此功能(可以从ports 安装vmware guestd)
3, vmware-tool在freebsd 4下编译，我主要使用5-current, 并从定制内核中去掉了FreeBSD4兼容选项
4，vmware 版本不同，其带的vmware-tool也不同，谁着FreeBSD版本更新，其支持的FreeBSD有限（虽然低版本可以在高版本上运行，但VMware不保证这一点
