如果是要调音量那么gmix,kmix什么的都可以

上搜索sndconfig下载后安装，在命令终端下运行sndconfig就可以检测声卡了。

关键是搞清楚声卡的型号，看看有没有驱动程序。

恩，我的声卡只有sndconfig能查出来,呵呵,红帽的检测声卡,找不到.不知道能否在slackware下安装RH的sndconfig???

上面的提示是 在启动gnome 后，提示找不到dev/sound/mixer这个文件，而且确实是没有这个文件

我的intel i801声卡，在redhat linux很容易找到的。

rpm -ivh --nodeps sndconfig-0.70-2.i386.rpm试试，不用担心，应该能运行的。

sndconfig在slackware下应该不行的，若你的声卡是PCI的，运行

好像没有那么复杂吧。就算系统不能自行把驱动模块加载上去，只要知道硬件型号，也可以用modprobe把它加上去呀。
