HElp! I can't use Chinese input in Linux

When I want to use Chinese input in Linux, The system give the error information as follows, Please help me .

linux:/tmp/fcitx-1.8.5 # fcitx
Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib: No protocol specified

gWuBi can only run under X
