fcitx 4.1.0 released

本来想直接加到main tree中，但是build system似乎有点问题，所以暂时放到我的overlay里了。想尝鲜的朋友可以先加我的overlay。

目前只有fcitx-4.1.0以及fcitx-configtool-0.3.0，有条件的朋友帮忙试一下gtk3下面是否有问题，谢了。

楼主最好再接再厉，把fcitx-sunpinyin 0.3.0, fcitx-googlepinyin 0.1.0, fcitx-cloudpinyin 0.1.0都做了。

报告一个问题，只能root下正常使用。普通用户启动后提示：[WARN] /var/tmp/portage/app-i18n/fcitx-4.1.0/work/fcitx-4.1.0/src/lib/fcitx-config/fcitx-config.c:182-missing value: Active
[FATAL] /var/tmp/portage/app-i18n/fcitx-4.1.0/work/fcitx-4.1.0/src/ui/classic/skin.c:153-Can not load default skin, is installion correct?
fopen: No such file or directory
[ERROR] /var/tmp/portage/app-i18n/fcitx-4.1.0/work/fcitx-4.1.0/src/lib/fcitx/frontend.c:352-No available frontend

能正确安装，但只能root下使用。

主要是sunpinyin的版本没有跟上，加上最近有些忙，我会尽快加到portage里的
