解决办法很简单。

WANT_AUTOMAKE="1.11" emerge  -uav parted

P.S.就是emerge前面加个WANT_AUTOMAKE="1.11"参数，指定编译所需的automake版本。

这个Bug已经修复了，重新emerge --sync就行了
