刷新率问题

本人现用7600GT显卡，60的刷新时字体才清晰，可是每次启动全屏程序的时候系统都会auto到75的刷新。就算用NVIDIA X Server Settings改成60，启动全屏程序后也会改成75，并且NVIDIA X Server Settings里的刷新率设置也自动跳到AUTO这里。另外，在KDE的配置桌面里，刷新率可选的是50和82，选50时实际刷新率是75，选82时实际刷新率是60。我现在是改到烦了，想请教一下，我如何才能完全解决这个问题，让刷新率定死在60？

编辑xorg.conf，添加

然后用nvidia-settings（记不清命令） 强行修改xorg.onf，设置 分辨率 1024X768 刷新率 60hz

多谢4楼的朋友说的强写，我用了nividia-settings才发现，我原来失败的地方是在不是在ROOT下改写，所以改写失败了。现改用ROOT帐号再用NVIDIA X Server Settings，问题可解决。现放上刷新率的正确解决方案，有同样问题的可以参考解决。
