我的locale 设置好使....谁能帮忙

我的debian4.0

#locale

locale: Cannot set LC_CTYPE to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_MESSAGES to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_ALL to default locale: No such file or directory

..
下面是 正常的 都是GB2313
我用
#dpkg-reconfigure locales
只 勾选了GB2313  然后 退出的时候选择 ZNCH 做默认语言

然后
#locale
还是
locale: Cannot set LC_CTYPE to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_MESSAGES to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_ALL to default locale: No such file or directory

请问怎么改...

我卸载了 locales 然后apt重新安装！
开始apt下在包 然后过回 apt开始安装包
安装的时候 提示:
perl:warning:Setting locale failed
perl:warning:please check that your locale setting:
LANGUAGE="C"
LC_CTYPE ="zh_CN.GB2313"
LC_MESSAGES="zh_CN.GB2313"
LC_ALL ="zh_CN.GB2313"
....
