RedHat EnterPrise AS4 U4 下bash不能运行

RedHat EnterPrise AS4 U4 下bash不能运行，只能运行cd, pwd跟目录操作有关的，vi，shutdown之类都不能识别命令，我只在/etc/rc.d/rc.local下添加了./usr/local/tomcat/bin/startup.sh，请问该怎么解决？
