菜鸟求助几个Ubuntu的问题

我的realplayer10安装了几次都不能用：
文件名是RealPlayer10GOLD.bin
chmod a+x RealPlayer10GOLD.bin
./RealPlayer10GOLD.bin
安装完成后点击程序目录现的realplay和realplay.bin都没有效果，再次安装时有如下提示：

希望高手能够给予解答，另外即使不能用这个软件我怎么才能把它卸载并删除呢？

第二个问题是我下载了opera9.tar.bz2，里面有个opera-9.0.ebuild，我不知道怎么安装，还请高手顺手回答，对linux了解实在少，期待能得到您细致的回答。
