请问debian 3.1r2怎么让他支持stat硬盘啊

安装的时候提示找不到硬盘
我google了一下然后在在bios修改了设置，改成legacy默认安装时候可以认的出硬盘，但是安装完有不能引导（还是认不了硬盘），用增强模式就根本认不了硬盘
对linux不熟悉，请教怎么装sata的驱动？

谢谢eTony斑竹的帮助，但是linux26还是不行，我的是希捷stat 2代的硬盘
而且换过金钻，西数的stat 2的硬盘也不行，因为现在stat 1代产品已经没货了，都是2代的
不知道是不是跟这个有关系
总之ubuntu和fc5都认的出来，就是debian不行

Testing 不好吗？怎麽非要用 sarge？

若真的要非常 update 的 stable 版，那麽要用 backports 了，网上有高人将 3.1r2 融合最新的 backports 的包，加入 Debian 新的 installer，然後制成 iso 供下载，虽然不是官方出品，但可以说是非常新的 "stable 版"
