Why will my gentoo become like this?

First,I must sorry that I can't type chinese,though my gentoo environment is a chinese environment,including essential locale and fonts such as simsun,tahoma,arphicfonts.
This is the problem:whenever I type chinese on whatever application,the result will be "gbk" following some broken codes;Or  I see chinese files from a xterm,the same thing happened.
My /etc/gtk/gtkrc.zh_CN:

My locale is "zh_CN.GBK".And all things display chinese very well expect for the above two problems

对不起.由于我进入的时候,在gdm里面选择大陆中文,结果没想到locale.alias文件里面是用UTF-8开头的.结果我的locale是zh_CN.UTF-8.非常讨厌的UTF-8
