How to uninstall fcitx

I have delete all the folders created by Fcitx, but i can still run it from xterm.so how can i uninstall it.
I want to re-install it !

you installed fcix via source?

yes, i compile source file!

you may need to delete the /usr/bin/fctix also
or search any files/directories have the name "fctix".....

I have done it!
If you install by source, and you did not use "--prefix=" when run the command"./configure".fcitx will be installed to /usr/local by default.THX

why i still can not type chinese,I have got this trouble for 3 days!
Kwrite  is the only application that i can use fcitx!

既然kwrite已经能使用fcitx，你为什么不用中文把问题说清楚呢？

如果想删除：
find / | grep fcitx
你将得到fcitx所在的路径，把它们全删了，然后把你以前的设置全清除了。

我用的是MDV2006,我也装了SCIM，SCIM和FCITX是不是不能同时用的阿，要用SCIM的话必须先得把.bashrc关于FCITX的设置注释掉才可以。怎么才能可以让这两个同时激活，选择的用呢 ？THX
