fictx not work and dpkg-reconfigure locales fail

my debian can play Chinese very well and I like the English evironment

检查/etc/locale.gen 存不存在
检查usr/bin/locale存不存在

如果没有：
apt-get remove localeconf
apt-get install localeconf
然后再重新配置一下

如果这也不清楚的话，订烦你用：
base-config  ---->我很久没有装debian 了，不记得这里还可不可以配置locale
