I can't get this host, anybody help me

cd /usr/src
mkdir DRI-CVS
cd DRI-CVS
cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.dri.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/dri login

in china, we can't reach the subdomain of sourceforge.net, so I can't connecnt to the cvs server to get file.
what should I do then?
Is CVS able to set proxy? or any other ways?

ok, I fix it. I can't connect to network in Chroot Env. xixi.
